Philosophy
I
believe you are the expert on your own life and my role is
to facilitate and/or guide you in the process of
psychotherapy. I also believe that humans have the innate
ability to heal when they are provided a safe environment.
We will begin in a pragmatic way, gathering information and
focusing on your immediate concerns and goals. It is my
intention to provide a safe therapeutic space for you. If I
believe we are not a good "match" for the work you want to
do, I will do my best to assist you in finding someone who
may be more compatible with your needs.
